Use this if the screen isn't where you're tapping, or taps land on the wrong things.
It takes about two minutes, and you can't make things worse: the reset button always brings
back the factory setting.
Open this in Chrome or Edge
This page talks to your box through the browser. Chrome and Edge on a computer can do it.
Phones, tablets, Firefox and Safari can't.
1. Plug the box into this computer
Use a USB-C cable that carries data. A charging-only cable won't work.
Turn the box on. The screen should light up.
Press the button below, then pick the box from the list.
2. Pick one
Reset to factory is the safe choice. It puts back the setting every box
shipped with, and it's the one to try first.
Calibrate by hand is for when the reset isn't enough.
You'll tap three dots on the box.
Tap the three dots on the box
Tap each dot once with a finger, in order. The guide below shows where they are.
Waiting for the box to show the first dot…
What happened
Nothing yet.
Can't get it working? Reset to factory first. If the screen is still wrong,
try the calibration once more, and then message the shop with what you tried.
